PAZARLAMA SAN.TİC.A.Ş, we do poultry shredding &
produce and pack frozen cooked chicken leaf doner in
a 5000 m2 closed area on a 13.000 m2 plot in the
Çeltik village neighborhood of Bursa province
Osmangazi district within the body of ERASLAN
GROUP.
*Our production; In this field, which has ISO
9001-ISO 14001-ISO 45001-ISO 22000 and HALAL
certificates has been produced by our 25 personnel,
60% of whom are women, with the motto “There is
nothing that women cannot achieve in this world. with
the right time, the right place and the intelligence”.
Our facility consists of special rooms; (-40 °C)
for quick-freezing, (+4 °C) for fresh product storage
and (-18 °C) for shock packaged products. Our current
production is carried out under the control of
Veterinarians and Food Engineers employed in our
organization with a fully automatic refrigerated drum
machine, automatic doner robots with fully automatic
& molded system, vacuum packaging machines with
conveyor line system, electronic scales that are
suitable for traceability and printers with barcode
systems.
Our company have physical and financial
services that can increase our capacity with additional
investments within the scope of business plans
planned according to the demand created by the
market and the markets in the process.
